Begin: Meditation

Practice time: 3+ minutes

Sit in a chair, on the floor, or lay down 

Close your eyes and place your hand on your heart 

Relax your body

Breathe in 


Keep breathing as you are 

Feel your body expand with your inhale

Feel your body relax with your exhale 

Feel your body pressing against the earth 

Keep breathing 

When your mind wanders 

Move your mind back to your breath
