Finding Your Edges

In this moment, where is your edge?

Where is the boundary of your energy?

Where do you push? And where do you pull back?

***

We all have an edge.

A place we believe we cannot go.  The dream we are afraid to chase. The vision to unnerving to attain.

Perhaps we have been told what our edges are by others. Perhaps life experiences have given them to us.

If you took a step out in faith, walked right through your edge, where would you be standing?

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."

Practice

Close your eyes.

Breath into the moment.

Long.

Deep.

Visualize standing at your edge.

Picture a strong energetic light surrounding you.

Maybe the light is colorful, or golden, or white.

Breathe and feel the light stronger and brighter.

With this pranic force, walk through your edge.

***

Where are you?

Use your senses.

What do you see?

What do you smell?

What can you reach out and touch?

***

Write down your vision of the moment you stepped beyond your edge.
