Pumpkin Spice Pancakes!

There is no such thing as too much pumpkin, right?! Pumpkin spice pancakes are one of my favorite parts of the season!! I make these pancakes for me and my other half at least two or three times a week!! They are incredible. Vitality oils make the flavors pop like no dried spice every could. I promise these will be your new favorite!

+ 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

+ 2 tbsp sugar

+ 2 tsp baking powder

+ 3 drops thieves vitality oil

+ 1 tsp cinnamon (or 1 - 2 drops cinnamon bark vitality oil)

+ 1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 2 drops ginger vitality oil)

+ 1/4 tsp ground clove (or 1 drop clove vitality oil)

+ 1/4 tsp nutmeg (or 1 drop nutmeg vitality oil)

+ 1/2 tsp salt

+ 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)

+ 6 tbsp organic pumpkin puree (or 1 mashed banana)

+ 2 tbsp melted butter

+ 1 egg

+ 1 tsp vanilla


Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices. In a second bowl, whisk together pumpkin and vitality oils, and then add milk, butter, egg, and vanilla.

Gently fold ingredients together until just mixed. Pour over a medium-heat griddle and cook about 3 minutes each side.

Top with butter, maple syrup, and whipped cream if desired!!
